What to Expect During a Reflexology Session:

The First Session 

A bit more time will be needed on your first session. You will be asked to fill out a comprehensive health assessment and then discuss it with the reflexologist. Any concerns and questions you may have can be addressed at this time. At your request, a Reiki treatment, Aromatherapy or Guided Imagery may be incorporated into your session.

Soothing music will enhance your relaxing experience.

All reflex areas of the entire foot will be worked on thoroughly. This is done by applying pressure to specific points on the soles and different areas of the feet and lower legs.

As you drift off to a place of peacefulness, your body will begin to harmonize itself toward a state of improved balance and homeostasis.

Upon leaving this serene experience, you will feel as though you have done something wonderful for your body, mind and spirit.
